I am living in Alaska where I have been hiding for the last 29 years. I am a retired judge who is now in private practice. I am a little fuzzy on exactly when I was in Onate - I think it was the gallons of wine at lunch. I am very excited to join this website to see how everyone else faired after that glorious year complete with tripe for lunch and in our year we made up the "Dia Los Potatoes" because we needed yet another day of partying.

Hi Susanne, great to hear from you! Glad you have joined the website! I am trying to get the rest of the people from our second year. Will keep you posted.
Take care! Jamie
H i Sue, nice to see you here. You would have been in the second group, because when I went back with group 3, "El Dia de la Patata" was already established. The priests at San Lorenzo, and some townspeople were convinced that there really is such a holiday in Idaho, if not in the whole USA.
