Saw Conchi a few months back, in late 2009. Carrying a kilo or two exta, but you would still easily recognize her. She continues to have fond memories of "the Americans." ... It's the other bar I really miss, Aitzgorri (or "el Torre"). It's been closed for a number of years now. Maybe one of you will some day come back and reopen it! Just don't expect to operate at a profit! Unless you have an extended family to do the work — like Jesus' old bar, now run as "el bar de los Chinos."
