ETEO is moving to a new, very large, modern building on the other side of town, near the post office. It's still under construction. I guess you'd call it a high-level community college if it were in the U.S. It continues to turn out well-trained students ready to go to work in the modern factories of Oñati and Arrasate-Mondragón. "La Crisis" be damned! Unemployment in Euskadi, while up substantially, is literally half of "the State's 20% level!
